FITNESS & REST MAKE IT A PRIORITY!
Many of us have families and other responsibilities outside of our primary business ventures. Some of us have active passions on the side. Are there enough hours and energy in the day? It is important to set boundaries that give us flexibility where and when needed. Golf is a ‘Home-Run Life-Long Leisure Activity’! Put ‘IT’ to good use!
One of our first priorities must be to our general health! Sleep? Nutrition? Hydration? Exercise for our balanced health and managed stress? Stretch and Strengthen (Range Of Motion - ROM )? If we do not run our lives, they shall run us … into the ground! When health fails it is a gravely abused and lost opportunity, often with no readily available recovery modality!
